(a) A permit from the Village shall be required for the use of the Village's basketball courts, tennis courts and baseball diamonds.
(b) Each resident household in the Village shall be entitled to a permit for the use of the Village's basketball courts, tennis courts and baseball diamonds.
(c) A permit holder shall be entitled to bring nonresidents onto the Village's recreation facilities who will be playing basketball, tennis or baseball with said resident or on said resident's team.
(d) Any person using the above-mentioned recreational facilities without a permit must vacate the facilities upon the request of a permit holder who desires to use said facilities.
