247.02 COMMUNITY CENTER; COMPOSITION AND COMPENSATION.
   (a)   Composition. The composition of the employees of the Community Center shall be as follows:
      (1)   One full-time Recreation Director.
      (2)   One full-time Assistant Recreation Director.
      (3)   Eight part-time front desk clerks.
      (4)   Twelve part-time recreational aides and two part-time recreational leaders.
      (5)   Two part-time maintenance employees. One part-time maintenance technician, appointed by and working under the supervision of the Recreation Director. The maintenance technician shall work not more than 24 hours per week, subject to emergencies, as determined by the Recreation Director.
      (6)   One Seniors' coordinator.
      (7)   One part-time Youth Program Coordinator.
      (8)   Seasonal employees as follows:
         A.   Head counselors.
         B.   Camp counselors as needed to maintain the ratio, depending on camp enrollment.
      (9)   Twelve residential transport persons divided into two separate positions: transport and bus driver.
         A.   Residential transport persons paid as follows:
            1.   Bus drivers with proper certification required to drive a bus shall be paid at their regular current rate, including on an emergency basis to those employees who are not bus drivers ONLY.
         B.   All other transport persons shall be paid at the rate according to the schedule referred to in subsection (b) below.
   (b)   Compensation. The compensation of the employees set forth in subsection (a) hereof shall be as determined from time to time by Council. The full-time Director shall not work or be paid for overtime. The part-time Youth Program Coordinator shall not work more than thirty hours per week. All salaries set forth in Ordinance 2005-6-23 shall remain in effect.
