(a) Grounds Keeping Foreman. There is hereby established the position of Grounds Keeping Foreman, to be appointed by the Director and to serve under the direction of the Service Director. The compensation for said Grounds Keeping Foreman shall be as determined by Council, plus all current benefits being enjoyed by full-time Service Department employees.
(b) Full-Time Groundskeepers. There is hereby established the position of full-time groundskeeper, to work under supervision of the Service Director. Four such groundskeepers shall be employed. Said employees shall be compensated as determined by Council and shall receive all current benefits being enjoyed by full time Service Department employees.
(c) Part-Time Groundskeepers. There is hereby established the position of seasonal part-time groundskeeper to be hired by the Service Director as needed and paid as determined by Council with no other benefits.
