(a) Any full-time or part-time firefighter who leaves the Fire Department or is terminated for any reason within five years of employment shall recompense the Village for all monies expended for training, compensatory time received and any tuition costs.
(b) The Fire Chief is hereby directed to have all fire personnel execute an agreement as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached to original Ordinance 2000-9-4, passed September 5, 2000, and incorporated herein by reference as if fully rewritten herein.
