(a) The Fire Chief shall hold, as needed, practice drills of at least one hour for full-time and part-time firefighters. At such practice drills, the Fire Chief, or his or her designee, shall give the firefighters instructions in approved methods of fire fighting and fire prevention.

(b) For attending fire drills as requested by the Fire Chief, members of the Fire Department shall be compensated at their regular rate of pay nearest to the quarter hour, payable bi-weekly upon certification by the Fire Chief.

(c) Full-time members of the Fire Department shall be allowed to drill with part-time firefighters, as deemed necessary by the Fire Chief.
