The Fire Chief shall keep in convenient form a complete record of all fires. Such record shall include the time of the alarm; the location of the fire, the cause of the fire, if known; the type of building; the name of the owner and tenant; the purpose for which it is occupied, the value of the building and its contents, the members of the Fire Department responding to the alarm; and such other information as he deems advisable or as may be required from time to time by Council.
