(a) Any full-time police officer who leaves the Police Department or is terminated for any reason within five years of employment shall recompense the Village for all monies expended for training received and any tuition costs.
(b) The Police Chief is hereby directed to have all police personnel execute an agreement as set forth in Exhibit A, attached to Ordinance No. 2002-6-2, passed July 2, 2002, and incorporated herein as if fully rewritten.
