238.05 APPOINTMENT OF DOG WARDEN.

The Mayor shall, whenever the occasion requires it, appoint a suitable person to the position of Dog Warden, by and with the consent of Council, and pay compensation therefor, as approved by Council. The Dog Warden shall enforce Chapter 955 of the Ohio Revised Code, Chapter 618 of these Codified Ordinances and any other laws of the State and the Village related thereto.
