238.03 APPOINTMENT OF JANITOR-JAILOR.

(a) The Mayor shall, whenever the occasion requires it, appoint a suitable person to the position of Janitor-Jailor, by and with the consent of Council, and pay compensation therefor as approved by Council.

(b) ( Editor's note: Subsection (b) hereof was repealed by Ordinance 90-12-17, passed December 4, 1990.)
