(a) All ordinances, resolutions, statements, orders, proclamations, notices and reports required by law or ordinance to be published shall be published by posting copies thereof, for a period of not less than fifteen days prior to the taking effect thereof, in the five most public places in the Village, which are determined to be as follows:
(1) The Village Hall, 6848 Hathaway Road;
(2) The Valley View Community Center, 6828 Hathaway Road;
(3) Corner of Tinkers Creek Road and Canal Road;
(4) Don Miller Park/Tiny Lane, Fosdick and Murray Roads; and
(5) Corner of Stone Road and Canal Road.
(b) The Clerk shall make a certificate as to such posting and as to the time when and the places where such posting is done, in the manner provided in Ohio R.C. 731.25, and such certificate shall be prima-facie evidence that the copies were posted as required.
(c) Notices to bidders for the construction of public improvements and notices of the sale of bonds shall be published in not more than two newspapers, printed in Ohio and of general circulation in the Village, for the time prescribed in Ohio R.C. 731.22.
