§ 154.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PARK TREES. Trees, shrubs, bushes and all other woody vegetation in public parks having individual names and all areas owned by the city or to which the public has free access as a park.
   PRIVATE COMMUNITY FOREST. All trees within city boundaries but not owned by the city.
   PRIVATE TREES. Trees, shrubs, bushes and all other woody vegetation on land privately owned.
   PUBLIC COMMUNITY FOREST. All street and park trees owned by the city as a total resource.
   STREET TREES. Trees, shrubs, bushes and all other woody vegetation on land lying between property lines on either side of all streets, avenues or ways with the city.
   URBAN FOREST. All woody vegetation, both public and private, within city boundaries as a total resource.
