§ 153.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any and all persons violating any of the provisions of this chapter for which penalty is not therein provided shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in a sum of not more than $500 for each offense. Each day’s maintenance of the same shall constitute a separate offense.

   (B)   Any person who shall fail, neglect or refuse to comply with or shall violate any requirements or provisions of § 153.065 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. He or she shall be charged a double fee for the permit, and the minimum fee for the type of pavement being replaced shall be doubled.

   (C)   Any person who shall violate any provision of § 153.069 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. A new violation shall be deemed to have been committed every 24 hours that such pumping shall occur.

   (D)   Any person, firm or corporation violating the terms of § 153.070, and who constructs a driveway onto a city street or alley without first securing a permit therefor, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined in a sum not to exceed $500. Each day’s maintenance of the same shall constitute a separate offense.
