To provide certain standards, provisions and requirements for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided, each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said International Existing Building Code, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out herein. Three copies of said Code shall be on file at the office of the City Clerk, available for public inspection during office hours. The provisions of the International Existing Building Code shall be controlling throughout the city and throughout its zoning jurisdiction.
