§ 116.01 OBSTRUCTION VIEW AT CROSSING PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any railroad company to obstruct or obscure the traveling public’s view by storing or parking any railroad car on a railroad track within 500 feet of the crossing of any such railroad track and a public road within the corporate limits of the city; provided, however, that in no instance shall any person who is authorized to control the movement of such railroad car or cars within such distance be prevented from reasonably conducting his or her business.
   (B)   Any company, its officers, agents, or employees, or any other person subject to division (A) of this section who fails, neglects, or refuses to promptly comply with this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, but shall be fined not more than $200 for each offense. Each day of such neglect, refusal, or failure shall constitute a separate offense.
