§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who shall violate or refuse to comply with the enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter, whether set forth at full length herein or incorporated by reference, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and fined in a sum of not more than $500. Each day’s maintenance of the same shall constitute a separate offense.

   (B)   Any person or entity who shall violate or refuse to comply with the enforcement of § 93.07 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and fined as follows. For a violation related to a residential burn permit and commercial burn permit, a fine shall be levied in a sum of not more than $500.
