§ 73.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   Any person convicted of violating any rule or regulation dealing with snowmobiles shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500.

   (C)   Any violation of §§ 73.046 through 73.051 which is also a violation under Neb. Rev. Stat. Ch. 60 may be punished under the penalty provisions of such chapter.
