§ 53.039 PLUMBER’S LIABILITY.
   The licensed plumber who connects with the public sewer shall be held responsible for any damage to the sewers or the public ways and property. He or she shall restore all streets that he or she has excavated and make good any settlement of the ground or pavement caused by such excavation to the complete satisfaction of the city.
