§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, persons, firm or corporation who violates the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not to exceed $500 or be sentenced to be imprisoned not to exceed 30 days in jail, at the discretion of the court.
