A. Authorized Emergency Vehicles: Authorized emergency vehicles operated by any fire department or law enforcement agency of the state of Idaho, or any political subdivision thereof, or municipality within, and emergency vehicles or ambulances of any public utility or public service corporation.
B. Authorized Maintenance Vehicles: Authorized maintenance vehicles operated by any agency or department of the state of Idaho or any political subdivision thereof.
C. Disabled Vehicle: This chapter shall not apply to the driver of any vehicle which is disabled in such a manner and to such extent that it is impossible to avoid stopping and temporarily leaving the vehicle or trailer in such position. (Ord. 83-2, 1-10-1983)
