5-2-4: CONSTRUCTION ZONES:
No person shall operate a vehicle in excess of the posted maximum speed limit established for a highway construction danger zone when the construction danger zone is designated by appropriately placed signs indicating: construction danger zone; the reduced speed limit; and notice of enhanced penalty for exceeding the reduced speed limit. (Ord. 97-1, 7-14-1997)
