3-5-7: PENALTY:

Any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company or organization of any kind, violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
