No person shall transport trash, garbage or refuse of any kind over the public streets and ways of the county in violation of the following conditions:
A. Loads: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle used for such transportation of trash, garbage or refuse of any kind to be so loaded, or to be of such construction or condition, so as to permit any of such trash, garbage or refuse of any kind to drop or fall upon or in any street or public way.
B. Cover Required: All vehicles used for such purpose shall be provided with a suitable cover securely fastened so as to retain dust and prevent the scattering or dropping of such trash, garbage or refuse of any kind in or upon the public streets or public ways. (Ord. 11-8, 7-11-2011)
