3-5-3: CHARGES FOR USE:

A. To deposit trash, garbage, refuse or solid waste of any kind in the Valley County transfer station, charges will be established by resolution, which charges must be paid in advance.

B. There shall be no charge for deposit of ordinary household garbage by individual or commercial haulers of household garbage. (Ord. 11-8, 7-11-2011)
