A. Duty Of Commission: It shall be the duty of the commission to rule on the meaning, spirit and intent of the provisions of this title as is necessary for the administration thereof.
B. Applicability: The provisions herein shall apply to all plats filed for commission approval after the effective date hereof, except the preliminary plats approved prior to the effective date and filed for final approval not more than one year after said effective date shall be approved under the provisions existing prior to this title. Preliminary plats approved prior to the effective date of this title but not filed for final approval within one year shall be void. (Ord. 10-07, 8-26-2010)
