10-1-5: COMPLIANCE WITH COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN:
To carry out the purpose of this title, all subdivisions of land and all dedications and vacations of streets shall be reviewed for compliance with applicable policies and plans adopted by the board of county commissioners. (Ord. 10-07, 8-26-2010)
