13-1-1: CERTIFICATES OF NUMBER/TRAILS PASS REQUIREMENT:

All authorized users of trails groomed by Valley County shall have a certificate of number/trails pass attached to their equipment, including, but not limited to, snowmobiles, bicycles, off road vehicles weighing two thousand (2,000) pounds or less, dogsleds, etc., as described in Idaho Code 67-7103.
