12-2-1: STICKER REQUIRED:
   A.   Furnished By County Annually: The county assessor, or his deputy, after having assessed a mobile home located in the county, shall furnish to the owner or occupant of said mobile home an emblem or a sticker, which emblem or sticker shall be printed and furnished at county cost. The owner or occupant of the mobile home shall affix the emblem or sticker to the mobile home, and the emblem or sticker shall be affixed so that it shall be visible from the public roadway, and the emblem or sticker shall designate the mobile home has been assessed for that year.
   B.   Duty To Report: It shall be the duty of the owner to report to the office of the county assessor any mobile home not licensed or assessed in Idaho within seven (7) days after moving to the county. Violation of this subsection is a misdemeanor, punishable as specified in subsection C of this section. (Ord. 72-1, 11-13-1972)
   C.   Occupancy Without Sticker Unlawful: It shall be unlawful and punishable as a misdemeanor as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for any person to occupy or own a mobile home in the county for a continuous period in excess of seventy two (72) hours without having displayed, as described in subsection A of this section, the emblem or sticker described in subsection A of this section.
