Registration Of Occupants: Every owner or operator of a mobile home or travel trailer park or travel trailer court shall maintain a register containing a record of all mobile homes or travel trailers and occupants. Such register shall be available to any authorized person inspecting the site and shall be preserved for the period required by the health authority. Such register shall contain: a) the names and permanent addresses of all trailer occupants; b) the make, model and license number of the mobile home or travel trailer and tow vehicle; and c) the dates of arrival and departure of each vehicle and its occupants.

Reporting Communicable Diseases: Every owner, operator, attendant or other person operating a mobile home park or travel trailer court or park shall notify the local health authority immediately of any suspected communicable or contagious disease within the travel trailer and mobile home site. In the case of disease diagnosed by a physician as quarantinable, the departure of a trailer or mobile home or its occupants, or the removal therefrom of clothing or other articles which have been exposed to infection without approval of the health authority is prohibited.

Supervision: The person to whom a license is issued shall at all times operate the mobile home parks or travel trailer courts and parks in compliance with this chapter and shall provide adequate supervision to maintain such sites and their facilities and equipment in good repair and in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
