3-3-3: COUNTY NOXIOUS WEED ADVISORY COMMITTEE:
   A.   Appointment: The commissioners shall appoint a county noxious weed advisory committee consisting of not less than five (5) members, who shall be knowledgeable of county noxious weeds and the damage done by such weeds. The members of the county noxious weed advisory committee shall be appointed on an annual basis.
   B.   Meetings; Duties: It shall be the duty and responsibility of the county noxious weed advisory committee: 1) to meet at least once in each calendar year to review and report on the status of the county noxious weed program and this chapter to the commissioners; 2) to consult with and advise the commissioners and the county weed superintendent in implementation of this chapter and planning county noxious weed control programs; 3) to act as liaison to noxious weed committees of other counties; and 4) to provide a forum for public input on matters relating to the control of county noxious weeds.
   C.   Reimbursement For Expenses: Members of the county noxious weed advisory committee may be reimbursed for actual and necessary expenses when on committee business. Expense payments may be made from the noxious weed fund. (Ord. 01-3, 4-9-2001)
