A. Within ten (10) business days after receipt of a permit application, the Valley County planning and zoning department will determine whether the application is complete and advise the applicant accordingly.
B. If the application is complete and fulfills the requirements of this chapter, the Valley County administrator shall issue a permit within twenty one (21) days following the date the complete application was submitted.
C. If the application is incomplete or does not fulfill the requirements of this chapter, the Valley County planning and zoning administrator will notify the applicant of the missing and/or inadequate material and, upon receiving said material, shall issue the permit within twenty one (21) days following the date the complete application was submitted.
D. As a condition of permit approval, applicant shall provide all permits and plans from the IDL and all other appropriate regulatory agencies within thirty (30) days of receipt of such permits and plans.
E. If temporary housing for well site workers is proposed on the well site, a plan showing the number and location of the units shall be provided to the Valley County planning and zoning department. Temporary housing plans shall be in compliance with all applicable regulations of this title and not subject to the twenty one (21) day approval time limit. (Ord. 13-5, 9-16-2013)
