9-12-3: ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS:
Subject to the provisions of this chapter:
   A.   An oil or gas well site shall be considered a permitted use by right within any zoning district(s), subject to the standards listed herein. (Ord. 13-5, 9-16-2013)
