3-2-5: PENALTY:

Any person who violates any section of this chapter shall be guilty of an "infraction" as defined in Idaho Code section 18-111 and subsection 18-113A. Violations shall be punishable by a penalty not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) and no imprisonment. (Ord. 87-3, 6-22-1987, eff. 7-1-1987)
