3-2-2: APPLICABILITY:
This chapter shall apply only to public lands located within five hundred feet (500') of the high water mark of the following described water bodies:
   A.   Cascade Reservoir.
   B.   Payette Lake.
   C.   Warm Lake. (Ord. 87-3, 6-22-1987, eff. 7-1-1987)
