3-1-1: FEES ESTABLISHED:
Valley County hereby establishes fees to augment the funding of the sewage disposal and land development programs for public health district IV. These fees will include those currently authorized for collection by the Idaho state board of health. (Ord. 02-2, 4-8-2002; amd. 2011 Code)
