A. Application: An application form provided by the county shall be completed by the applicant prior to the issuance of a license. This application form relates to the initial application, transfer, and renewal. This application shall be filed with the Valley County clerk, courthouse, Cascade, Idaho.
B. Submittal To County Commissioners: Each application form shall be submitted to the board of county commissioners for decision within thirty (30) days of the date the application is filed.
C. Decision Of Board: The board of county commissioners shall render a decision to approve or deny the submitted application within thirty (30) days of the date the application was submitted to the board.
D. Denial Of Application: Whenever the board of county commissioners denies an application, the board shall specify, in writing:
1. The statutes, ordinances and standards used in evaluating the application;
2. The reasons for denial; and
3. The actions, if any, that the applicant could take to obtain the license, transfer or renewal thereof.
E. Decision Mailed To Applicant: Any decision to deny a license shall be mailed to the applicant within ten (10) days of the date of denial. (Ord. 83-3, 11-14-1983)
