Pursuant to the application and recommendation of the McCall Rural Fire District Board of Commissioners and in accordance with Idaho Code section 31-1422, all of the unimproved real property and all of the taxable personal property within the McCall Rural Fire Protection District is exempt from taxation and, further, that each category of property shall be treated uniformly.
