9-1-1: TITLE:
The text of this title, together with the appropriate maps and appendices, shall be known as the VALLEY COUNTY LAND USE AND DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE, hereinafter referred to as the "ordinance" or "LUDO". (Ord. 10-06, 8-23-2010)
