3-2-2: RULES, REGULATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

A. Hours Of Operation: All beer halls shall close at least by two o'clock (2:00) A.M. of each day and remain closed until seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. of the same day. (Ord. 130, 2-3-1936)

B. Location Restriction: It shall be and is hereby made unlawful for any tavern or bar to operate or sell intoxicating liquor south of the center line of Teton Avenue. (Ord. 414, 12-17-1945)
