§ 130.46 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COUNTY. The geographical limits of Valencia County, New Mexico.
   UNREASONABLY LOUD. In areas zoned residential and commercial, and between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., the maximum permissible level of intrusive noise from non-vehicular sources is 80 dB(A), or 10 dB(A) above the ambient noise level, whichever is higher, measured at the property line. Between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., the maximum permissible level of intrusive noise from non-vehicular sources is 70 dB(A), or 10 dB(A) above the ambient noise level, whichever is higher, measured at the property line.
   RAVE PARTY. One or more persons engaging in conduct that is violent, abusive, indecent, profane, boisterous, unreasonably loud or otherwise disorderly, which tends to disturb the peace.
