§ 130.35 IMMUNITY.

Nothing in this subchapter creates a cause of action against the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Valencia not already authorized under existing law. Without limitation, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Valencia is not liable to any person harmed who claims that enforcement of this subchapter may have prevented the harm.
