§ 94.088 DOCUMENTATION OF VACATION.

In the event the Board decides to abandon the road for maintenance, the Board shall execute a document in recordable form, evidencing the same. Such document shall be submitted to the Board for consideration with any road viewers’ report recommending abandonment for maintenance. Such document, if approved, shall be filed of record with the Office of the County Clerk of the county.
