§ 94.085 ROAD VIEWERS’ REPORT.

The road viewers shall make their recommendation to continue or discontinue maintenance of the subject road at the next public hearing meeting of the Board in a written report setting forth fully their finding. Their report shall be on a form provided to the viewers by the Department.
