§ 94.038 NEW PAVEMENT FEE.

Any person, facility owner or utility excavating or cutting into new pavement (less than 2 years old) shall be charged a fee of $200 to offset the impact of cutting the new pavement, which frequently leads to failure of new roadways installed by the county.
