§ 94.036 PRESERVATION OF SURVEY MONUMENTS.
   Any survey monument set for the purpose of locating or preserving the lines of the road, property, subdivision, or a permanent survey bench mark within the county shall not be removed or disturbed without first obtaining written permission from the owner. Permission to remove or disturb such monuments, reference points or bench marks will be granted only upon the condition that the person apply for such permission and pay all expenses incident to the proper replacement of the monument.
