(A) The purpose of this subchapter is to establish criteria for use in the design of paved and unpaved road and street systems and related features to promote consistently sound design of roads or streets having acceptable performance characteristics.
(B) The following are some of the most important county regulatory documents pertaining to road and street design. The list is not intended to be exhaustive, and the user is cautioned that these regulations are subject to change at any time.
(1) Valencia County Comprehensive Subdivision Regulations, adopted May 1, 2000, as the same may be amended from time to time.
(2) Valencia County Interim Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, adopted September 15, 2004, as the same may be amended from time to time.
(3) Valencia County Comprehensive Plan, adopted October 7, 2005, as the same may be amended from time to time.
