(A) Definition. RESUBDIVISION shall include any change to a lot line, right-of-way line or utility easement, unless the change is the result of a vacation of plats or a variance granted by action of the Board of County Commissioners.
(B) Procedure. All or a portion of any final plat filed in the office of the County Clerk shall be resubdivided by the same procedures prescribed in these regulations for the subdivision of land if any changes to a lot line, right-of-way line or easement has been made to any previously approved and recorded subdivision.
