§ 151.066 WATER PERMITS.

The Board of County Commissioners shall not require a state engineer permit for any subdivision, unless, based upon evidence considered at the public hearing on preliminary plat approval, the Board of County Commissioners finds that without these permits the subdivision does not have water sufficient in quantity to fulfill the maximum water requirements for the subdivision.
