§ 151.065 RECORDING PARCELS.

Any person who sells or otherwise conveys any interest in any parcel within a subdivision located in whole or in part in the county shall record the deed, real estate contract, notice of real estate contract or other document of conveyance with the County Clerk no later than 10 days after the closing or delivery of instrument.
