(A) Any person or entity operating a business in Valencia County pursuant to this subchapter shall apply for a renewal of his or her business registration with the Valencia County Planning and Zoning Department on or before March 16 of each year thereafter.
(B) Pursuant to this subchapter and NMSA § 3-38-5, a late fee in the amount of $10 shall be assessed against any person or entity who submits an application for renewal of a business registration after the March 16 deadline for that year.
