§ 110.14 TRANSFER OF LICENSE.
   Licenses issued fees paid shall not be transferable without the consent of the County Commission by resolution duly adopted, and shall not be transferable in any event unless the stock of merchandise covered thereby shall remain intact and in the same location within the county.
